“What is a Good School?” -TV Programs

A series of 9 programmes, each 8-minutes long, will engage viewers to reflect on the kind of schools we are creating for our children. The programmes are part drama skit, part public interview and part discussion

Individuals interviewed from the public were randomly selected and they include different people such as boda-boda (motorcycle) drivers, lawyers, teachers and local leaders, among others. They share their opinions on issues such as what a good school should look like, corporal punishment, what is a good teacher, why does the community need a good school etc. Also, spot adverts of about 30 seconds each were created out of the video footage. The programs will air on Record TV as well as others.
